How does the success fee work?
Where settlement or resolution support is formally engaged and the customer authorizes SETTRIX in writing, a case-dependent success fee may apply according to the agreed engagement terms. Applicable fees will be explained and agreed before proceeding.
Collection-data awareness is included
Basic and Premium plans include guidance on what information may already be on record with lenders and collection teams, so you can prepare for contact and protect your communication boundaries. SETTRIX holds no private or unauthorized database.
SETTRIX does not promise a guaranteed settlement, guaranteed discount, guaranteed stoppage of collection calls, guaranteed loan waiver or any guaranteed legal outcome. Outcomes depend on your lenders, your circumstances and your consistency.
